By using our website and/or
purchasing our products, you have agreed to our Shop Policies as here
described. Place a full personalised order by contacting us via
email.
You’ll be able to make an
unlimited amount of revisions, until 100% satisfied.
Before the final approval of
the digital design, carefully read all the text and information to ensure
all the details are accurate – this includes spelling, punctuation, dates,
postcodes colors and layout. After the final acceptance, we are not
responsible for the content of the text. Proofing is your responsibility, so
the design that is confirmed by you will be the design that is printed. If
there is a printing error with the approved proof, we can’t unfortunately offer
you a refund. If you do have any issues, we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve
the issue as effectively and efficiently as possible.

• The time is takes to create
your design will depend on the number of revisions you require, whether we’re
creating your design.

Please Note:
• The purchase of the template
is for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution,
sale, or other use. No part of any content, description, or template may be
reproduced in any form.
Creating multiple versions for various projects or
events is NOT permitted.
Refunds:
• Due to the nature of digital
products, all digital files are final and not eligible for refunds. Please
message me and ask questions before you proceed with the purchase. No
physical item will be shipped or printed for digital file orders. Due to
differences in monitor and printer calibrations, colors may appear different in
print than on screen. The final print quality will depend on the type of
printer and paper used.
• All photos should ideally be high resolution as
this will guarantee the best results in print. Colors and photos on
screen can often look lighter than the finished results. Dark photos will print
even darker. For best results, we recommend printing on a heavy card stock
paper.
Payments
• We accept payment through
bank transfer. When you place your order by contacting us by email, we
will provide you with the bank details to process the payment.

Refunds:
• Printed items come with a
100% satisfaction guarantee. You may ask for a replacement or return the item
for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
